Food Ordering

It requires 60 seconds (1 minutes) to cancel your order, or after 60 seconds (1 minutes), you may contact us at our call center.

If the order is placed over Lets Halal web/app, you can use the option of “My Order” from the profile section.

There are possible reasons why this can happen: Unable to contact you: • When arriving at your delivery address, delivery persons are prompted to contact you, so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when the order is expected to arrive. • The delivery person might cancel the delivery if they can’t find or reach you. • If a delivery person wasn’t able to reach you but made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund. • When the delivery person arrived at the restaurant, they may have been unexpectedly closed.

This can happen if they’ve run out of an item (stock) or they’re receiving a large volume of order requests.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, though some financial institutions can take longer. To get a sense of when you'll see your refund reflected in your account, check the date of the refund confirmation email we sent. This is the date we initiated the refund. Note: A refund might not appear as a separate transaction on your bank statement. For some refunds, the original pending Let’s Halal transaction will either disappear from your statement or adjust to reflect the updated order amount.

You can access your receipt for a given order through the Let’s Halal website or mobile app: For website users: • Select Orders from the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the website • Select the order in question and click on the name of the restaurant to show the receipt For mobile app users: • Go to the Orders tab • Select the order in question • In the Order Details section press “Receipt

Refund Policy

We know that seeing an unfamiliar charge on your account can be alarming. We're here to help. If you see an unknown charge: • Consider who else has access to your account. If a family member or partner has your login info, it's possible for them to place an order with your saved payment information from a different device. • If you don't have a Let’s Halal account, consider all parties with whom you have willingly shared credit card information.
